Infact our engineers are involved right from the pre-sales stage of the respective project understanding the needs of the customer and ensuring an excellent production at start up.
As authorized representatives of world class Original equipment manufacturers (OEM), we have consistently handled the responsibility for equipment installation and commissioning for Nigeria and Sub – Sahara Africa region.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The PROPACK team supports the customer every step of the way. We clearly understand the importance of maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Our machines are built to deliver the highest quality production. Regardless, it is important to preserve and sustain these equipment with constant efforts no matter how little or tasking it takes.
We offer a number of maintenance services based on a proactive approach combined with a reactive strategy, which results in the prevention of the causes of malfunction and in the prompt resolution of any inconvenience that may occur.
- Pro-Active Services which aim at preventing breakdowns that may lead to equipment malfunction or reduced efficiency. The advantage for the Customer is to maintain the efficiency of the equipment and to improve the production levels thanks to the increased knowledge of the Staff. Moreover, the Customer can rely upon a predefined budget fixed for the duration of the contract.
- Re-Active Services which aim at solving as quickly as possible any critical situation of reduced efficiency or malfunctions. The Customer will benefit from an overall reduction of downtime and from an optimization of the spare parts management, thanks to guaranteed reaction time
PRODUCTION SUPPORTS
We work together with the customer to ensure continued maximisation of their production capacity even at any times required. PROPACK technicians are available for onsite and remote assistance production supports.
This is also an opportunity for on the job training for your operators and technicians, especially if they were not present from the installation of such equipment.
SPARE PARTS SALES
We have a dedicated Sales department for spare parts management. We provide you with the required items or parts ranging from single parts, to a sub-assembly and even complete assembly of unit on any of our machines installed from our product port-folio. At PROPACK, we supply original parts directly from the OEM and we recommend our customers to cultivate this practice as a guarantee for best possible operation of their equipment.

EQUIPMENT UPGRADE
The world as we know evolves technologically and at the same time is the increasingly demands for the basic commodity. Generally for all manufacturing industries, they must match up with this new changes while ensuring an optimised and efficient production.
At PROPACK, the skills of our engineers are always sharpened to measure up to the latest technological advancement and trends. We therefore work closely with our partners/OEM on new innovations for new machines and even on existing machines that have been running for years. When you buy an equipment from our product-portfolio, it is guaranteed that you will have a reliable long running equipment for many years.
We ensure to follow up with our customers frequently monitoring the state of their machines and deliver a feedback to our OEMs. For our OEMs, there are dedicated teams responsible for the study and design implementation of the upgrade solutions.
TRAINING
Our services will not be totally experienced until you take advantage of our training programs. We have also developed a very robust interactive training programmes to support all customers from onset most especially the training that is embedded into our installation and commissioning exercise where all operators, technicians and even managers are deliberately exposed to all aspects of equipment being installed form features, operation, diagnosis, maintenance up to critical parts identifications and date management
